Using the “Simple” Art of Recovery to Create A Body That Looks And Feels Amazing
Let us explain the above diagram. Because the “devil is in the details”…
It’s based on a universal health framework, but “tweaked” in an unconventional way. At its most basic level, it breaks down like this:
1. Make sure that you put a focus on recovery – sleep well and reduce stress
2. Move around a lot every day and add targeted strength training sessions a few times a week
3. Eat natural, unprocessed food (real food)
4. Then tie it all into a simple system that is easy to follow and helps you to create a body that you love.
We’ll cover each one in detail.
But FIRST you need to know something, just so that we’re all on the same page.
We are going to expose you to a (very) DIFFERENT way of approaching fitness. We’ve never been the types to conform to the “status quo” way of creating a lean, sexy body.
The gurus love to recommend intense exercise and strict diets that may work in the short term but leave you injured, unhappy and deprived in the long term.
It plays out well for them, because when their program doesn’t work for you, you look around for another one, or feel like there is something missing that the next product will provide.
It doesn’t have to be this way.
We prefer another strategy…
One that is based on the latest research and fits into the busy lifestyle of the modern day woman.
You see, there is a more effective and easier approach.
Instead of just focusing on one aspect of fitness, like a strict diet or super-intense exercise we teach a simple system that helps you to integrate 3 key areas.
By using a more holistic approach you are able to get to your goals a lot faster, and with way less effort.
…the best part is that once you reach your goals, it’s way easier to maintain and stay lean, healthy and fit for life.
The distinction might not be clear to you.
So, let us explain…
Because the dynamics of each produce a very different result.
Typical Fitness Industry Guru Method.
Intense exercise program.
Advanced, complicated exercises.
A strict, bland and boring diet plan that doesn’t allow for your favourite foods and doesn’t care what you like and don’t like.
No focus on the most important aspect of any fitness program – the recovery aspect.
As a person trying to get into great shape, think about what is going to inevitably happen here.
You’ll get some quick results.
The scale will drop, your pants will be looser, people will notice and ask you what you’ve been doing.
The guru’s method worked!
Errr…not so fast.
Because around the 3 – 4 week mark the weight loss will slow down. You’ll be hungry. You’ll be tired.
( That is the main reason why 94 % of women who start an intense fitness program stop after a few weeks and put the weight right back on with interest.)
Even worse if you continue and try and beat your body through eating even less and exercising more. We all know those people who eat hardly anything and exercise every day and their body never changes or worse they get fatter.
So let’s look at an alternative setup…
The Unconventional Approach
There’s a mindset shift.
The mindset shift is the fact that we can’t make any progress without recovering.
We need to recover as much as we need to train hard and eat well.
This approach is sustainable. It works. It means that you can lose weight and tone up and continue to do so until you get to your dream body.
And that is the biggest change…
Instead of only working for a short time and then failing…
This approach works to create a lean, sexy body that looks and feels amazing and stays that way.
The effect is very different.
Instead of only looking good for a day or a week, you always look good, you feel amazing and you know that you can keep it up forever.
In other words… YOU ARE A FIT, LEAN AND HEALTHY WOMAN WHO EFFORTLESSLY MAINTAINS YOUR IDEAL BODY.
This is exactly how our clients are able to look and feel amazing in only 3 short sessions a week (without dieting). They stay lean year round and can feel confidentt in whatever clothes they feel like wearing.
We have a ton of proof. But here’s one of our most recent success stories.
Wendy had always been healthy and stayed relatively lean.
But she struggled to get to the next level. She wanted to look and feel like the fit, healthy people that she admired.
So, she sought us out.
And in just a few short months she had completely transformed her body.
She looks amazing.
But what’s more amazing is that Wendy is 46.
And she created this body without dieting and only exercising an average of 3 times a week.
She has the body of a 20 year old and she does it without depriving herself or exercising for hours a week
Interested in learning how to do this?
If so, add yourself to our notification list below which we’ll use to “buzz you” once a spot opens up in our program.
We’re accepting new clients in the next few weeks, and we have a few places left to fill.
Truth is, with only 20 spots available at any one time, these spots seldom become available.
So make sure you’re on the list to find out more and get the first opportunity at one.

Btw, quick question…
“To Get Something You’ve Never Had, You Need To Do Something You’ve Never Done”
You’ve heard that before, right?
What do you think about that?
Do you think it’s true?
Think about it.
